Erin was born and raised in a small town in Southwest Missouri. In 2015, she graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri where she earned bachelor degrees in accounting and marketing. As a college intern, she managed the monthly accounting for apartment complexes and upon graduation she accepted a position with the State of Missouri’s State Auditor’s office in Jefferson City. Here is where she was responsible for planning and executing audits as well as managing audit staff.
While working for the state she met her significant other, Josh, and eventually made the decision to move to Festus to start their life together. Josh and Erin built their first home south of Festus in 2020. Erin joined Strategic Tax in the Spring of 2021 and has enjoyed working with our many clients.
Outside the office, Erin enjoys DIY and craft projects around her house, spending time with her family, and playing with her Double Doodle, Doug. Some of her favorite hobbies include cooking, traveling, and attending St. Louis Blues games.
